This Privacy Policy describes how Project BellPlex ("we," "us," "PD Performance") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit patdamiano.com, sign up for a lead magnet, or join Project BellPlex on Skool.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Email address — when you sign up for a free guide, the 7-day trial, or any other email opt-in form on this site.
  • Name and profile details — when you join Project BellPlex on Skool.
  • Payment information — processed by Skool's payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
  • Communications — when you email pat@patdamiano.com or send Pat a message inside the Skool community.

Information collected automatically

  • Browsing data — pages visited, time on page, scroll depth, links clicked. Collected via Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and PostHog.
  • Device data — browser type, operating system, screen size, approximate location (city/region only, derived from IP).
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 3 below.
  • Server logs — IP addresses and request timestamps logged by our hosting provider (Cloudflare).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Deliver the free guides and program content you requested.
  • Send you emails about Project BellPlex, training tips, and product updates (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • Process subscriptions and provide community access via Skool.
  • Measure how well our website and ads work, and improve them over time.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third parties to operate Project BellPlex. Each has its own privacy practices:

5. Email Marketing

When you sign up for a free guide or the 7-day trial, you also agree to receive marketing emails from us. We send training tips, program updates, and occasional promotional content. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. If you unsubscribe, we'll stop sending marketing emails but may still send transactional messages (e.g., subscription receipts, password resets).

6. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate our business:

  • With the third-party services listed above, to deliver the products and services you've signed up for.
  • If required by law (court order, subpoena, government request).
  • To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or others.

Project BellPlex is intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide our services. After cancellation, we retain certain information for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. You may request earlier deletion by emailing us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on this site. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
