Project BellPlex provides fitness programs that include home-based strength and conditioning workouts, mobility training, and community support.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
By signing up for our program, you are not entering into a contract for a fixed term. You can cancel your membership at any time without any penalties. To cancel your membership, please follow the cancellation instructions provided to you after you sign up or contact our support team.
Subscription fees for the program are stated at the time of sign-up. Promotional offers and pricing are subject to change without notice.
Payments are processed on a recurring basis until you choose to cancel your subscription.
You may request a refund for the first month if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial sign-up date. After this period, all fees are non-refundable.
The materials and workouts provided are for informational purposes only. We make no warranties regarding the results you may achieve by following our programs.
Consult with a physician before starting any exercise program. By using our services, you agree that you are participating at your own risk.
In no event shall Project BellPlex, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated version on our website. Your continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
